A very refreshing green smoothie for days where you fancy something a bit more than water. The sour lime, zingy kiwi, sweet banana and iron rich spinach make a very alkaline and balancing drink.
Use coconut water if you want something sweet or water if you want something low sugar and refreshing.
- 250g spinach
- 1 lime
- 1 banana
- 2 kiwi
- Peel the lime and blend everything together to make a healthy green smoothie.
- Consume the green smoothie as soon as it's made as it will begin to oxidise.
- Chew your green smoothie to make it digested easier. Swallow just as it warms to body temp.
